Yuvraj Singh sets up India 11 runs win over Pakistan in the 2nd T20

The brilliant knock from All Rounder Yuvraj Singh and Ashok Dinda crucial late wickets leads India to beat Pakistan by 11 runs in the 2nd and Final T20 Match at Ahmedabad on Friday. This win leads India to square the series 1-1.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to field first. India openers gave rocking start for India. Gautam Gambhir scored 21 runs from just 11 balls and Rahane got out for 28 runs. Virat Kohli also put some runs on the board. he was scored 27 runs. Then Yuvraj Singh and Dhoni rebuild the Indian innings. Yuvraj Singh smashed 72 runs from 36 balls including 7 sixes and four boundaries take India to 192 for 5 in 20 overs. MS Dhoni made useful 33 runs along with Yuvraj Singh. Umar Gul take 4 for 37 run.

chasing the huge target of 192, Pakistan made solid start. Openers played very brilliantly but can not take it for long time. Nasir Jamshed removed by Ashwin when he was in 41 off 32 balls and followed by Shehzad also out for 31 runs. Skipper Hafeez and Umar akmal take game away from India. Asok Dinda got key wickets in the penultimate overs. Hafeez smashed 55 runs and suported Umar Akmal (24). Pakistan ended their innings with 181 for 7 in 20 overs. Yuvraj singh gain Man of the Match award and Hafeez got Man of the Series honor.

India comfortable win against England in 1st T20

Yuvraj Singh produced some brilliant performance with both bat and ball helped India to beat England by five wickets in the 1st Twenty20 at Pune on Thursday.

India had won the toss and elected to field first. England lost opener Michael Lumb wicket very early, then Alex Hales and Luke Wright build the Innings. Alex Hales was the top scorer for England with 56 runs including 7 fours and 2 sixes. Luke Wright made 34 runs and Wicket Keeper Jos Buttler made unbeaten 33 runs. Yuvraj Singh 3 for 19 guide to restrict England to 157 for 6 in 20 overs.

In the chasing the target of 158 India made a solid start. Openers add quick 42 runs inside five overs but both of them falls in Tim Bresnan over. Yuvraj Singh take a game away from England he was smashed 38 runs from 21 balls. Skipper MS Dhoni scored unbeaten 24 runs after Suresh Raina run out on 26. Finally India reached their Target in 17.5 overs. Yuvraj Singh named for the Man of the Match award for his all round performance.

Virat Kohli and bowlers star in India win over Pakistan in Super Eights

India broke the three year old not able to win a single game in the Super eights stage of Twenty20 World Cup. India beat Pakistan by eight wickets and stay alive in the ICC World Twenty20 2012. Pakistan was bowled out for 128 runs.

In the chasing the target of 129 runs, India lose the Gautam Gambhir wicket in first overs. Then Virender Sehwag and Virat Kohli buid up the innings. Virat Kohli top scorer for India with unbeaten 78 off 61 balls with eight fours and 2 sixes. Virender Sehwag made 29 runs from 24 balls and Yuvraj Sing scored 19 runs. India reached their target 129 in 17 overs.

Earlier, Pakistan start the innings very quickly and get some runs but it not go for long time. Pakistan wickets are falling in a regular intervals. Shoaib Malik top scorer for Pakistan with 28 runs. Now we have a problem with the spinners doing well against England. We got difficult decisions to make. Not forget the players who missed that match. they have won a lot of games for India for their own. It will be difficult decision but we will play with best eleve in the Super Eights. 

It was a difficult decision, we request our senior players to opt rest during the match against England . All of them co-operated and said to me go ahead.

Harbhajan and Piyush Chawla play realy well against England.Rohit Sharma is talented player it is important if guys are responding to give them a few extra games.

Harbhajan Singh 4-12 and Half century from Rohit Sharma helped to India beat defending Champions England by 90 runs on Sunday.

Stuart Broad won the toss and decided to field first. India have some changes in its side Virender Sehwag, R Ashwin,and Zaheer Khan missed todays game Harbhajan Singh, Ashok Dinda and Piyush Chawla got place in playing 11. Irfan Pathan open the innings with Gautam Gambhir . India made a good start but it is not take longer s finn got Irfan Pathan wicket.

Virat Kohli came into bat. he started agressively and scored 40 off 32 balls with 6 fours. Gautam Gambhir made 45 runs from 38 balls and Rohit Sharma on unbeaten 55 with five fours and a six. Finaly India post 170 for 4 in 20 overs.

While chasing the target 171 England lose two wickets very early but Kieswetter hitting sixes at one end. Then Skipper MS Dhoni introduced his spinn attack. England wickets are falling down very cheaply one stage England were 60-9. Harbhajan Singh got 4 wickets and concided just 12 runs. Chawla and Irfan pathan take two wickets each. England were bowled out for 80 runs in 14.4 overs. This is the England lowest T20 Total.

India beat Sri Lanka by 26 runs in a warm-up game

A 78 run recovery stand and belligerent finish from MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma paved the way for India's 26 run win over Sri Lanka in a warm up match ahead for the ICC World Twenty20 2012.

Sri Lanka's seamers reduced India to 51 for 4 after 8.3 overs, with Gautam Gambhir having retired hurt, but Dhoni and Rohit first steadied the innings, before reaping 62 runs from the last four wayward overs to reach 146 for 5.
